What are your standard delivery times within the UK?
Most of our core safety products are dispatched within 24 hours. Standard delivery typically takes 2-3 working days, though we offer next-day express options on many items if ordered before 2 PM.
Do you offer bulk discounts for large construction projects?
Yes, we provide tiered pricing for bulk orders of traffic cones, barriers, and signage. Please contact our sales team directly for a bespoke quote on large-scale site requirements.
Are your products compliant with UK safety standards?
Absolutely. All items sold by Start Safety UK meet or exceed relevant British and European standards (such as BS EN certifications) to ensure full compliance on your worksite.
Can I return items if they are no longer needed?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-printed signage or bespoke safety equipment may be exempt from standard return policies.
Do you provide VAT invoices for business purchases?
Yes, a full VAT invoice is automatically generated and emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. You can also download copies from your account dashboard.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. For public sector organisations and established businesses, we also offer the option to apply for a pro-forma or credit account.
