At Start Safety UK, we understand that sometimes products may not meet your specific site requirements, which is why we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Whether you ordered the wrong signage or need a different size of safety gear, our team is here to ensure your exchange or refund is processed efficiently.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and the reason for the return to receive an official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Ensure all products are securely packed in their original, undamaged packaging including all manuals and accessories to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided RMA label to the outside of your parcel and dispatch it via a tracked courier service to our designated UK return center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 working days back to your original payment method.
